Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking a cleaning service with Green Maids of Detroit, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
Acceptance of Service
By requesting a quote or booking a service, the client enters into a binding agreement with Green Maids of Detroit. All services are subject to availability and our quality standards.
Bookings & Access
Clients must provide clear access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes entry via key, code, or being present. Failure to provide access may result in a walk-away fee.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours\' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours\' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and digital payments as specified in your invoice.
Safety Guidelines
Our team uses eco-friendly products. Clients are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any hazardous conditions or fragile items prior to cleaning.
Liability
While we take extreme care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
