Before our cleaning professionals leave, we require a final walkthrough with you or another authorized person whenever possible. This allows you to identify anything that needs additional attention while our team is still there.If you are unavailable for a walkthrough, our team may provide photos of the completed cleaning.Once the cleaning is complete and the team has left the property, the service is considered complete and all cleaning sales are final.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING MY CLEANING?

No. You do not have to be home during your cleaning as long as our team has a secure way to access the property. Please provide any entry instructions before your scheduled appointment.
